Have you not heard, have you not seen?
If you don’t know this story, then where have you been?
For there are many blessings all around
All of them good, and all of them sound
The story so far goes something like this
And it is not just a case of being a hit or a miss
For it is foretold in this world all around us
That to live our lives each day as it comes is really a must
It is hard for me to carry this forward
At times I guess it can feel a little bit awkward
But at the same time there is joy to behold
In this story which I will get into which long ago was foretold
So, let me get into this now without further ado
Be warned that you might cry so hence you will need a tissue
If you feel that sometimes that your life is a mess
Then don’t feel this way for with you God is very impressed
I have rabbited on long enough it is so very plain to see
But basically, if you don’t know Jesus, then without Him where would
you be
For he died on the cross and took your sins with him that day
All you need to do to ask Him into your life is to simply just pray
For He was crucified but after three days He rose again
And this happened about forty days after the beginning of Lent
This story is renowned and known throughout the globe
And I have to say that without Him I simply could not cope
So, at the end of the day I ask what is your excuse?
Will it be Satan or Jesus, so who will you choose
For there is no time like the present so here is your cue
For if you simply have enough faith then this will carry you through
To the blessings and wonders of heaven beyond
For this is the place where so many believers belong
So, from this day forward what will you now do?
Therefore, I ask you once more what have you got to lose?
