Hallelujah He is alive and well
Not once has He ever rebelled
For Jesus Christ has come to save us all
From our sinful nature that was before
the fall
Hallelujah He has risen indeed
And now we can all sit down to feast
And think back to when He died on the
cross
For it was in God's plan for Him to save the
lost
Hallelujah Oh what joy it is to know
That He is for everyone be it friend or
foe
He loves us all regardless of what we’ve
done
For Jesus does not follow by the rule of
thumb
Hallelujah O what it is to always behold
For now, we need to reach out and be
bold
For He sits at the right hand of the
Father now
And when we see Him in glory on our
knees we’ll bow
Hallelujah what must we do to be saved
For unto Him we are I have to say no
longer slaves
He had given His whole life just for us
So, we must come to Him and without a
fuss
Hallelujah He reigns on high for all to
see
All we need to do is to simply believe
He is the risen Lord who by no means is
a fraud
For what He did for us on that cross, we
can applaud
Hallelujah He loves us every single one
For when He died for us, He knew what
had to be done
He was crucified and for us His blood he
shed
So that by His example so many people by
Him could be led
Hallelujah for He no longer suffers in
pain
If we turn to Him, we have everything to
gain
For if we don’t then we will simply be
fools
Every single one of us, He has alone
called
Hallelujah if we just turn to Him alone
One day He will come for us and we will
go home
To be with Him in all his glory
And so, hurray, this is just the
beginning of the story
